Get Ready for The Winter!



It is hard to believe that Covid-19 is with us for over 2 years! Most people had covid at least once. I just had my second covid last month (The first time - was in December 2021).

My symptoms were different than before. The only one which was consistent was the presence of fever for 3 days. This time around headache and body pains were much stronger than before. I had a dried itchy throat but no cough—still no loss of smell or taste. Because I was aching all over my body `I was tempted to take paracetamol however I wanted to keep my fever running (which helps the body fight infection).


I started taking paracetamol after 3 days when my fever subsided. I stick to my covid protocol which works great for me and others.

I took 4000mg of Vitamin C, 10000IU of Vitamin D3, Wild Oregano Oil, Garlic, Ginger, 200mg of zinc, 2000mg of Omega-3, On-guard (Dottera),

and drinking 2 litres of water with lemon and honey.

I recovered after 5 days, however, I am experiencing post covid symptoms. Difficulty with breathing, low energy, dry skin and hair loss.




After any serious illness, it is important to help your body to recover as quickly as possible.

I suggest taking for at least 3 months:

  • Milk Thistle

  • Ashwagandha

  • Vitamin A and E

  • Strong probiotics

  • Astragalus

  • Selenium

  • Magnesium

  • Potassium

  • Resveratrol



We are not winning the fight against Covid - 19 but learning how to live with it.

Please take care if you are in crowded places, try to spend time in the fresh air, exercise, and maintain good eating habits.

Lots of fruits and vegetables are always a good way of maintaining your immune system. Stop smoking (even vaping) and limit your alcohol intake.
