Mental Health

Mental health is a state of well-being in which You recognize your own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses in life, can work productively and fruitfully, and you are able to make contribution to your life and community.

Mental health problems are on the rise due to stress, loneliness, depression, anxiety, grief and much more.

We living in fast moving world with mental and physical pollution and we are forgetting to stop and breath.

Are you living your own life or you trying to be everything to everybody?

Do you know where are you going? Who you are? Who you want to be?

Psychiatry has made great advances in the past 50 years but needs a new direction. Today’s emphasis on prescription psychiatric medications will not stand the test of time. A new approach is needed. Recent progress in brain science has identified the molecular biology of many mental diseases. We are born with strong predisposition that affects personality and behaviour. This understanding has led to a revolution in mental health with a new focus on the biochemistry of the brain. I am very proud to study under Dr WJ Walsh PhD

To have healthy mind you need to follow up nutritional protocol, learn relaxation technics and start working on your spiritual development. Experiment with different technics and schools of thinking until you find what makes you to feel right.

As we all fighting right now, physical and mental fatigue I developed a blend working well on me and my patients.
It should be easy for you to re-create this at home:
