Health and Wellness

Health is defined as overall mental and physical state of a person and absence of disease.

Wellness refers to the state of being in optimal mental and physical health. To me, wellness is much more than that. It is about living a life full of personal responsibility and therefore taking proactive steps for one’s entire well-being. We need to approach our life with 360-degree overview- taking care of our physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I hope to inspire you to take responsibility of your own health and transform it. I hope to cover all range of subjects: nutrition, meditation, aromatherapy and many more.

Think about your body as a car. What to you need to have great running car? fuel, MOT, oil, water, tires and regular servicing. We need water, oils for our brain and body, food to get as going, regular exercise and strong bones and muscles.


Balancing Gut, keeping optimum weight for your body looking after your brain are must to live long happy life.

Prevention starts from the moment we are conceived and will need to be your focus for the rest of your life. We cannot avoid death but we have to try to lead healthy, free from suffering life as long as possible.
