Cancer- Adapt Your Lifestyle To Try To Prevent It.

We are so focused on Covid-19, that we are forgetting other heath issues.

Cancer is not going away anytime soon.

Let's all make adjustments in our daily lives to try to prevent it.

  1. Stop smoking

  2. Lose some weight - try to stay in your ideal range

  3. Drink alcohol in small amounts

  4. Stop eating pork and any processed food

  5. Get moving minimum 30 minutes a day

  6. Eat broccoli 4 times a week

  7. Be careful with Hormone Therapy

This are small steps, easy to implement and all will have a positive impact on your life.
