Aromatherapy for Mental Health

As we all fighting right now with physical and mental fatigue, I developed a blend working well for me and my patients.

It should be easy for you to re-create this at home:


  1. Add 2 drops of basil oil

  2. Add 5 drops of peppermint oil

  3. Add 7 drops of rosemary oil

  4. Add 50 ml of water in a spray bottle

  5. Shake well

  6. Spray all around your body and inhale
